Tai Duncan, Coach & Trainer

Tai Duncan has seven years of youth basketball coaching experience, and has trained athletes between the ages of five and 18. She emphasizes building a complete player – from individual skills to team concepts – with a focus on leadership and cultivating a passion for the game. Tai is a graduate of the University of Chicago Laboratory High School where she served as Head Varsity Girls’ Basketball Coach for five seasons. Tai graduated from Grinnell College where she received both Academic All-Conference and First Team All-Midwest Conference Honors as co-captain of the varsity women’s basketball team. Tai continued her love of basketball by competing in intramurals during law school at the University of Iowa College of Law, and she continues to play in women’s and co-ed leagues throughout the city of Chicago. In addition to coaching basketball, Tai is a licensed attorney and currently serves as the Executive Director of Positive Coaching Alliance - Chicago.
